Adam, Renee, Drew and Emily BowmanOwner, operator, and outdoor enthusiast, Adam works hard to provide the best possible service for the best possible price. A graduate of Plainfield High School, Adam also holds a biology degree from the University of Evansville, with additional coursework in horticulture and landscaping from Purdue University. He also holds an administrator’s license in long-term health care and does part-time consulting work in that field. Adam is married with two young children, and is active with several local community organizations. His hobbies include woodworking, fishing, and hiking. While Adam’s wife, Renee, enjoys doing marketing, accounting, and social media for the company, his children Drew and Emily like to ride along with Dad for estimates in case there is a park nearby! |

Aaron Bowman
Aaron, also a Plainfield graduate, has been a key member of the Bowman Boys since the beginning. Now living in Jamestown, Aaron’s passion is woodworking. He creates extraordinary pieces from furniture to fireplace mantles and everything in between. An outdoorsman, Aaron is frequently hiking and fishing with his dogs, Stanley and Norm.
Danny Russello
Danny is a graduate of Avon High School and current student at IUPUI, studying Tourism Conventions and Event Management. A soccer player in high school, Danny continues his passion for the game by coaching two Westside United soccer teams in his spare time.
David Chalfant
David, a lifelong Danville resident, worked for Hendricks Power for 34 years before retiring in 2009. He now enjoys traveling with his wife, working in his garden, fishing, and visiting his grandson, a member of the U.S. Navy.
Joe Hossom
Joe currently resides in Avon and also works as a supervisor at Triumph Fabrications in Shelbyville. Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, Jenna and Kaitlin.
Chris Beall
An Avon graduate and soccer player, Chris attends IUPUI and is majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Spanish. In his free time, he enjoys coaching soccer and spending time with friends and family.
